I was looking for something calming for my home office and this koi print is perfect. The colours are rich and warm without being overpowering. The canvas quality feels premium — thick, well-stretched, no warping. Delivery to Germany was fast, about 5 days.
This is genuinely one of the most beautiful pieces of art I own. The golden koi seem to glow against the dark water, and the detail on each scale is remarkable. The matte canvas finish gives it an authentic painted quality. Hung it in my living room and it completely transforms the space.
Bought this for my mother who adores Japanese art. She was thrilled with it. The composition captures that traditional nihonga feeling beautifully. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish there was a slightly larger size option, but the 51x76 still looks substantial on the wall.
